New blog and time!

As you have noticed I have no posts on this blog. I am starting fresh and new on a new blogspot. Well, ok, so now I am going to give you an update on my life.

My fiancee has just come home from a three month vacation from me.lol. He was in Tennessee working in the tobaccoo fields. I am so happy to have him home and we are actually spending a lot of time together considering the time we spent together before he left.

My female hamster had me a little worried this last week. I noticed she hadn't been eating and by the time I realized it she was a little emaciated and he eyes wouldn't open. So, I cleaned out her cage and put her next to my bed so that I could keep a watch over her and make sure she was getting up and eating. Today, I am happy to report she up and running...well not running exactly, but she is healthy. She is still a little uncoordinated, but I think she will be making a ful recovery very soon. She has also learned a new little trick she seems to enjoy doing. She likes to flip now. She usually does it in my hands but every once in awhile she enjoys a flip in the cage, especially when she gets off her wheel.

I have started my talkshow on talkshoe.com. It is called Online Campus Talk. I will be covering issues having to do with online universities and informing the listeners about what distance learning is all about. Being a student myself I know some of how the system works and for what I don't have knowledge on I will have shows co-hosted by my some instructors and counselors. You will be able to subscribe to the podcast and or come and enjoy the live talkcast on talkshoe.com. the neat thing about Talkshoe is that you will be able to download the podcast straight from ITunes. It's a cool website and if you enjoy podcasts and talkshows or even if you have thought of having your own this is a great way to get started.

Today, I have started my 3rd block in UOP. I am taking AED200 and COM220 which is CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN AMERICAN EDUCATION and RESEARCH WRITING. I think these are going to help me in my journey to becoming a teacher. My last to courses were quiet difficult one more than the other. I had a lot of trouble in my critical thinking course and I have to say I don't think I passed it. That worries me a little, because then I am going to have to pay for the class out of pocket. Worst of all I will have to take the class over. I am a little stressed over getting my grade back for that class, but I think I will survive.
